The Nutritional Vitamins Company offer free delivery on all items in the UK. Goods are dispatched as quickly as possible - usually within 24 hours of receipt, providing items are in stock. If you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from us please either return it within 28 days of receipt or contact us to discuss your problem.
Unwanted orders need to be returned within 7 days after the goods have been delivered. Please quote you name, address and reference number in any correspondance. A refund or exchanged item of the same value, can be claimed.
Refunds will be issued within 7 days. For your added protection, please get proof of postage from the post office when you return the goods as we cannot be responsible for goods that fail to reach us.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items. Returned items must be in their original packing. Any costs incurred in the returning of goods to The Nutritional Vitamin Company are the responsibility of the customer.
None of the above terms and conditions affect the customer's statutory rights. UK law applies to any business conducted via this web site.
