All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on Nutritional Vitamins web site.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from us please either return it within 7 days of receipt or contact us to discuss your problem.

Unwanted orders need to be returned within 7 days after the goods have been delivered. Please quote you name, address and reference number in any correspondance. A refund or exchanged item of the same value, can be claimed.

Refunds will be issued within 7 days. For your added protection, please get proof of postage from the post office when you return the goods as we cannot be responsible for goods that fail to reach us.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items. Returned items must be in their original packing. Any costs incurred in the returning of goods to The Nutritional Vitamins Company are the responsibility of the customer.

None of the above terms and conditions affect the customer's statutory rights. UK law applies to any business conducted via this web site.

Online Ordering

Once an order has been placed we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in your registration form. This does not constitute acceptance of your order, nor does it guarantee that all items are available at the prices shown in the confirmation. However, in the event of there being any discrepancy in price, or should any product be no longer available we will telephone you, or send you an e-mail to explain the position and to ask for your instructions. We will not vary your order without your agreement.

All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Payment will be debited to your account before dispatch of your purchase. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Guarantees

We guarantee that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange it or give you a full refund with no questions asked, provided you return the un-opened product within 28 days*. Please tell us your reasons for returning the items as we value your comments. Refunds and Exchanges

If you change your mind after completing your order, simply e-mail us explaining that you don't want to proceed. In any case we guarantee to give you a full refund if you return your purchase to us within 28 days. We regret postage and packing costs are direct costs that we incur, and cannot be refunded. Please obtain proof of postage if returning an item.

Orders are sent by recorded delivery to the address that you supply us with, therefore we cannot be responsible if another person at this address whom you do not know signs for any item sent by us. It is your responsibility to provide a sensible delivery address and you must accept any loss if you fail to do this. If an item is lost we will give you all the recorded delivery details & it is then your responsibility to take up the matter with the company responsible for delivery.

Overseas Orders

The Nutritional Vitamins Company currently only accepts orders from the UK Mainland, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Sales Items

Products revert to full price if your return a sale item back to us to us. All postage cost are the responsibility of the customer. All returned items must be sent by recorded delivery and be unopened in their original condition.
